SC MIDANNE CONSTEEL SRL has its own capacity to produce and supply a wide range of metal structures:

Parking solutions: Our department is specialized in developing urban parking solutions of any kind: automatic, semiautomatic or standard. The design process is customized according to placement, access roads and number of parking spaces required.

• Automatic parking solution: When space is inadequate for building a parking space with 20-80 slots, the automated parking system is the option to go to. The car enters the parking space and immediately gets taken on a platform and steered to the assigned position. The person that brings the car in receives a ticket marked with the time and position of the drop off. With the same ticket the car can be taken out of the parking lot. This type of parking system is usually built underground thus leaving the ground level disengaged. The biggest advantage this system has to offer is space: on a 200 square meter area, that can usually accommodate up to 5 cars, the automatic parking system can easily store up to 15 cars.

• Semi-Automatic parking solution: This type of system is usually used outward. Inside the parking facility, the car arrives along with its driver onto the designated lot. Then, through a pulley and platform system, the car is taken to one of the available storage spaces. The semi-automatic parking system requires a great amount of space to be built, due to its functioning methodology.

• Standard parking solution: On most occasions this type of parking is built on a big surface (airports, commercial centers, existing parking places), and is designed for more than 100 cars. Going with the standard parking system allows you to enlarge the parking space by doubling or even tripling the build area depending on the height or number of floors. The structure consists of a steel self-supporting understructure, ascension and descending ramps and structure support bracing. Easy to build and assemble, the system has a modular framework in which every parking space is a module. Taking into consideration the size of this system it is neccesary to provide a feasibility study for external roads so that congestion may be avoided.
